Private inventory. Clear permission.

We collect the business contact details, equipment descriptions and inventory files you submit to assess your request and contact you about it. An inquiry is not a purchase agreement.

How your information is handled

Inquiry records are stored in our controlled Cloudflare D1 database. Inventory files are stored as text alongside the private inquiry. Access requires staff authorization. Contact details, inventory files, prices and customer information are not published in the catalog or opportunity feed.

Only share information you are authorized to provide. Do not upload passwords, personal device contents, end-customer details or bank information. Any further sharing with a service provider or buyer requires agreement on scope and permission.

Access and correction

To request correction or removal, use the inquiry form with your reference number and the original contact email. We verify the request before changing records. We do not sell inquiry contact details or use inventory to create public listings without permission.

We record limited page and conversion event counts to evaluate the site. These events contain no form contents, contact details or uploaded inventory. Infrastructure providers may process technical request logs.
